1) After fixing JBIDE-3011 h:form's layout became correct. Concerning this issue blank lines have appeared between several forms.

2) VPE displays form elements with a default border around it. So VPE overrides border style that has been set in style attribute. Form's borders shows correctly on Preview tab.
