Add ResourceConfig GUI in the Configuration tab to add/edit resourceConfig elements.
When the smooks file analyzer parse the file , it can discern some of resourceConfig elements what can be used to render the graphical editor, other resourceConfig elements can't be loaded to render the mapping graphical editor , so we need add a GUI to edit the resourceConfig elements what are ignored by smooks file analyzer.
