1) By default <rich:dataOrderedList> displays all rows, the same as when rows=0, VPE diplays only one row unless other count specified. Attribute "rows" works fine. There is no meaning in "first" attribute while VPE does not fill the dataOrderedList with real data.

2) "rowClasses" attrubute was added.

3) Refresh takes place on attributes' change.
