All of the jars that were being repeated in the various JBOSS_HOME/server/xxx/lib directories have been moved to a common shared location JBOSS_HOME/common/lib/

For a given server configuration xxx, the following library locations exist:
JBOSS_HOME/lib - the bootstrap kernel jars
JBOSS_HOME/lib/endorsed - the jars which should be added to the jvm endorsed path
JBOSS_HOME/common/lib - the jars common to all server configurations
JBOSS_HOME/server/xxx/lib - the possibly empty directory for library jars specific to the xxx server configuration
