Test case:

- start a newer version of JBDS that uses the org.jboss.tools.runtime plugin. The plugin will create JBPM, AS and Seam runtimes
- exit JBDS
- start JBDS in the same workspace again
JBPM and AS runtimes will persist, but Seam runtimes will dissapear
