It could be done as part of JBDS JUnit tests:
1. Test EAP included and have a Right version
2. Test installer using http://izpack.org/documentation/advanced-features.html#automated-installers
3. Test Runtimes Initialization
4. xsl tarnsformations
5. Meta information is right: Plug-in's provider field, licence files etc.
6. Tests for Installer panels
