I think when we are installing/enabling existing Dynamic Web Project to a Seam project (Seam Facet and then Seam Settings), even that we say this is EAR project prefs file is stil pointing to the web project as EAR project.

In seam settings dialog, this field is read only and there is no way to edit it. I can only fix by manually editing the prefs file...
