I have reviewed all the features and their update sites.They are the following:

drools, drools task, guvnor, xulrunner, jbpm, jpdl, runtime
 don't have any update or discovery site

hibernate, archives, as, freemarker, richfaces, seam, struts, ws:
 update site: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable 
 discovery site: http://download.jboss.org/updates/development

esb, jbpm, jmx, portlet, project examples, smooks:
 update site: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable

birt
 update site: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable
 discovery site: http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.3
