I think it's JBossAS because now I did these steps:

1) Start JBossAS with JBoss Tools
2) Deploy with JBoss Tools
3) Shutdown JBossAS with JBoss Tools
4) Start JBossAS outside Eclipse using run.bat
5) Invoke the ANT script

6) Remove directory hska.ear/META-INF
7) Remove directory hska.ear/hskaEJB.jar
8) Remove directory hska.ear/hskaWeb.war
   Error message "richfaces-impl-3.1.4.GA.jar cannot be deleted: The file is used by another person or program"
