1) I really never liked those collapsing toc's, especially since they are collapsed by default so you can't search for the header quickly.

2) Yes, I've asked Mark Newton to help us add that in since I noticed that too.

3) I have no opinion here (I never understand why <property> is used for marking something up and why not use <emphasis> instead)

I asked Mark to let us know how we should go ahead doing these things in context of jboss.org...e.g. update jboss.org stylesheets or get our jbosstools style sheets that is just derived from jboss.org
