Max Andersen commented on JBIDE-1421:
-------------------------------------

I adjusted this patch to:

Not require a new filter change listener but just listen to the model and use existing notiifcation mechanism
Validation is unfortunately only done in the dialog and not the reveng.xml editor; but that could be done now.

Removed the disablement of refresh button since it did not work in all cases plus the Refresh button would actually
ask for the user to select a configuration if none is selected saving the user for guessing how to get the refresh button to do something. (plus its faster than having to go to the first tab)

> 1) Finish button is always enabled (even if no Console configuration is selected)
> 2) Refresh button should be enabled only if configuration is selected. The same issue for all other buttons.
> 3) Add "Remove All" button to clear table filters list
> 4) When changing Console configuration from combo box - Table filters list from previous configuration keeps the same. Maybe clear it?
> 5) Possible to add a lot of *.* table filters, no control for duplicates.
