1) Content Assist for taglib declaration works not very good:
   -- 1. enter "<%@ " symbols and press ctrl+space in different places of cursor
   -- 2. choose one of choises (taglib e.g.)
   ==> no space appears, we have something like "<%@taglib"

  -- 1. enter "<%@   %>" symbols and press ctrl+space in different places of cursor
  ==> no Content Assist appears at all
