Drop doesn't do anythink. Drug works.
I can reproduce it ONLY if the page is in root of WebContent. Any xhtml page. Even empty.

Are you sure that you use real jbosstools-2.0.x brunch? We've fixed it there but QA team still did not get right build from that brunch.
Do you use code from SVN or build?
