I have verified this problems with CA on the last available 2.0.1 build JBossTools-200802200222-nightly-ALL . Can't reproduce issue with DnD even when XHTML page is in root of WebContent.
Here created issues: JBIDE-1798, JBIDE-1799, JBIDE-1800, JBIDE-1802.
