Denis Maliarevich resolved JBIDE-1706.
--------------------------------------

    Resolution: Done
Assignee: Andrei Scherbovich (was: Denis Maliarevich)

1. Using of attribute "maxlength" is not reasonable for input elements because in some situations when the value is getting from some bean this text will be clipped and user will not see the right bean property name

2. Attribute "disabled" hasn't been implemented yet because there is another bug with it.
