Package is not obligatory, but recommended. We could give a warning.

reveng.strategy - what fails ?

main-exporters - yup 

generation result - domain model classes and pojo classes are the same thing...what do you mean they should be different packages?
(note: exporters can set their output dir under properties for that exporter; if some fixing is needed for package output is something that needs changing/additions in hibernatetools core)

overwrite of files - yes, existing issue that requires us to e.g. add a hook to ArtifactCollector to ask if a file should be overwritten or not. Again hibernate tools core needs fixing first.
