ATF contributes XULRunner using the org.eclipse.atf.mozilla.ide.core.xulrunner extension point.
JBoss XULRunner is compatible with ATF 0.2.3 M4 (they use the same version of XULRunner).
However, If the user installs XULRunner 1.9,  ATF will work properly (it uses versions 1.8.* and ignores the 1.9 version), but opening the VPE will crash Eclipse.
