I find solution and fix the bug almost for all cases - now it not so noticeable. But to fix it for all cases we should create wrappers for this hibernate classes: Table, Property, PrimaryKey, PersistentClass, Configuration, Column, List, BaseNode which implements IParentEl - cause now for tree nodes with such types we get the old behavior. For now I resolve this issue - if this is not suitable - please reopen it.
