I do not understand what you mean with the import.sql file ? If it is there it is used, if it is not then it is not....see hibernate docs!

And the schemexport functionallity should be available through the dialog of hibernate code generation as an exporter with options.

And then utilize Run as... shortcut extension points to have single click access to it.
