This won't fix the basic problem - starting regedit in Vista.
In order to solve the issue, JBoss Tools can skip calling Mozilla.getGREPathWithProperties(). In that way, VPE will get XULRunner from the 
JBoss Tools plugin. 

If it is necessary to work with some other version of XULRunner, it is possible to create the XULRunner plugin with a higher version.
