I just wanted to make long way shorter. Now It can be done as you said, but that means you have to understand how it designed: where are the VPE's templates, how to include new one into vpe plugin and etc. Lets do it more convenient way.

1. New Wizard for template that allow select URI available in project and etc.
2. VPE can recognize templates in current project or could be directed to folder where user stores tempaltes
