during discussion with A.Fedosik we decided:
1.chapters 2+3 -> become one titled "Visual Web Tools for JSF and Struts"
2. chapter 7 and 8 should become sections of some other chapters or something else, as they don't look very logical on the place where they are now. This issues will be thought over again. 
3. investigate Studio, maybe we skipped some functionality that could be also described in this guide
