1) If there is no "lable" attribute for <rich:panelBarItem> component then there should be autogenerated label
2) <f:facet name="lable"> tag doesn't work for <rich:panelBarItem>
3) Scroller should appear if height of <rich:panelBar> not so big
4) Problems with styles priorities in VPE (see attachment)
