Using the latest build for Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede).

Looks like all advanced text editing functions are disabled in web.xml editor. I tried Cmd+J for incremental find, Alt+Down Arrow, Alt+Cmd+Down Arrow. Menus don't contain these actions either.
