atm i frequently (not every time) get an error "Visual Editor Refresh has encountered a problem" when saving a file. 
i use the nightly build from 20080730. 
i'd think it speaks against "not being initialized".
as so often with these error popups there are no details, only "Error", so i do not know what exactly happens.
is this a bug in it's own right and  should reported as such?
