Take the attached project whose output folder is "output/eclipse"
and import it into a brand new workspace. When you build it, instead
of creating the output/eclipse folder (tested with vanilla Eclipse), JBDS 
creates a zip file at the root of the project called "output".

This is obviously a bug :)
