VPE does not remember a state of "Hide selection bar" option between eclipse sessions.

EXECUTE: Open some xhtml in VPE.
EXECUTE: Press "Hide Selection Bar" button.
EXECUTE: Check "Always hide selection bar without prompt" in apparead confirmation dialog.
EXECUTE: Press ok.
ASSERT: Selection bar is gone.
EXECUTE: Close/Open the same xhtml
ASSERT: Selection bar is missed. It's good.
EXECUTE: Close editor. Close Eclipse.
EXECUTE: Open Eclipse and editor.
FAILURE: There is selection bar in editor again.
