Thinking about this one I can only see this happening if you both click Deploy File to server and Deploy the archive to server.

That will result in two different deployments (as shown in the ui).

I can see how that is misleading to the user and we should find a way to avoid it.

e.g. why do we need to different ways ? Could we validate when doing one that a second one is not "conflicting" ?
