Unable to execute software updates on JBDS nightly build

I've downloaded the latest nightly build for JBDS (200806161541) due 
to me messing up my previous installation while trying to update with 
the latest plugins and when I open it and go to "Help/Software Updates"
it doesn't allow me and instead comes back with the message in the 
attached screenshot.

Not sure what version to assign "affects" to.
