EXECUTE: Create JSF KickStartWithoutLibs (JSF Env: JSF 1.2) project
EXECUTE: Set name of project to any string with "!" character (testProject!)
EXECUTE: Open any jsp file in the VPE
FAILURE: All components are not recognized on the Visual, Source panes and on the Preview tab. "Unknown tag" tool tips appear.
