Attached Tescik.zip which is complete project taken from eclipse/workspace directory.
I mentioned above that using newest nightly build 200806200622 helped (archive can be build) but there are some plugins missing, e.g., org.jboss.ide.eclipse.firstrun, that prevents upgrading set of eclipse plugins due to incomplete dependencies.
I tried overwriting 2.1.1GA with nightly build plugins, the behaviour was as for pure 2.1.1GA.
