EXECUTE: Open faces-config.xml file
EXECUTE: Select Tree tab
EXECUTE: Create new Managed Bean
EXECUTE: Select newly created Bean and verify buttons in the Properties panel
RESULT: Add.. button is enabled, Remove... and Edit are disabled (GOOD)
EXECUTE: Right click mouse and select in the context menu New-> list-entries (or map-entries)
EXECUTE: Verify buttons in the Properties panel
ASSERT: Remove... and Edit... should be disabled
FAILURE:  Remove... and Edit... are enabled
