I fell wron way :( during creating the first mock-up, but fortunately this case doesn't change a lot. because most of settings just moved to seam settings page.

Several questions about validation:
1. Should project selection dialogs for EAR/EJB projects really validate that selected projects is WTP EJB/EAR?
2. Should selected EJB/Dynamic web projects have Java nature if first answer is 'No'?
3. Do you want button "Seam Settings" on selected Seam War Project lavel, that will ask user to fill Seam settings described in attached mock-up?
