Button Remove All doesn't work in Hibernate reverse engineering editor on Type Mappings tab.

EXECUTE: Import attached java project. 
EXECUTE: Run hsqldb with some generated tables
EXECUTE: Create hibernate.reveng.xml file
ASSERT:    Hibernate reverse engineering editor should be opened
EXECUTE: Open Type Mappings tab
EXECUTE: Add some tables.
EXECUTE: Press Remove All button
ASSERT:    All added tables should be removed.
FAILURE:   Aftre button pressed tables is not removed.
