Different JSF 1.2 KickStart applications with Facelets. They should use one common template.

Steps:
1. EXECUTE: Choose File > New > JSF Project
2. EXECUTE: Choose JSF Environment = "JSF 1.2 with Facelets"
3. EXECUTE: Choose Template = "FaceletsKickStartWithRILibs" or "FaceletsKickStartWithoutLibs"
4. EXECUTE: Press Finish button
5. ASSERT: We have one template for both choises.
6. FAILURE: Now /templates/common.xhtml files different
