Missing JBoss Server in Target Server section of New JSF Project wizard.

Steps:
1. EXECUTE: Choose File > New > JSF Project
2. EXECUTE: Specify project name and press Next button
3. EXECUTE: In Target Server section press New button
4. ASSERT: "Define a New Server" wizard appeared
5. EXECUTE: Choose JBoss > JBoss v4.2 and press Next button
6. EXECUTE: Specify JBoss Runtime as needed and press Finish button
7. ASSERT: In Target Server section of "New JSF Project" wizard appears JBoss v4.2 server
8. FAILURE: There is no JBoss v4.2 server
