Error appears when user tries to insert a resource bundle value in "value" attribute of <h:output*> component.

Steps:
1. EXECUTE: create JSF KickStart application
2. EXECUTE: open hello.jsp page
3. EXECUTE: point cursor at <h:outputText value="|" /> position
4. EXECUTE: with help of CA choose resource bundle and its value
5. FAILURE: error appears
