EXECUTE: New > Seam Web project.
EXECUTE: At first form enter project name ("Test" for example) and press Finish. 
ASSERT: WAR or EAR project created (same, as previous created Seam project)
EXECUTE: In Package explorer go to src folder. Look at package name.
FAILURE: Name of package - package org.domain.__d_u_m_m_y__for__bug206541__.session 

So, instead of project name, used strange .__d_u_m_m_y__for__bug206541__.
