EXECUTE: Create JSF KickStart project
EXECUTE: Open inputUseName.jsp
EXECUTE: Insert tag <h:commandButton value="" action=""/> into the page using Palette
EXECUTE: Click on icon Show/Hide to customize Palette
EXECUTE: Uncheck all checkboxes and press Ok button.
ASSERT:    Mouse focuses in JSP Editor
