Selection provider is bound to the tree component in all our XML editors. 
It is the specific of TLD editor that attribute nodes are hidden in tree. 
Actually, Source tab is mapped to Outline rather than to Tree tab. 
The mapping between Source tab and Outline is much more useful 
and works both ways. When Tree tab is selected, Outline adjusts to 
selection in tree component, which provides only tag nodes. 
When Source tab is selected you can navigate using Outline. 
Why cannot that be sufficient?
