Look at the list of the downloads: http://labs.jboss.com/tools/download/index.html
The dependencies between them should be specified.
To do this, open feature.xml file of each plugin  (e.g. for Seam project location "D:\workspace\trunk\jsf\features\org.jboss.tools.jsf.feature\feature.xml" ), then find tag  <requires> in it, and in this tag you will see all features the given plugin depends on. Note, that each of the the listed features also dependes on some other one. So you need to look for its dependencies also.
