After installing new clean Eclipse (Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers ) 

 RichFaces-VPE-win32-2.0.1.GA
HibernateTools-3.2.1.GA
JBossAS-Tools-1.0.1.GA

SeamTools-2.0.1.GA.zip
StrutsTools-2.0.1.GA.zip

in directory "blabla"

In my links dir in eclpse i put file jbosstools.link

When i try to do Update Eclipse.
I got the error
     JBossAS Tools (1.0.1.GA) requires plug-in "org.jboss.ide.eclipse.firstrun"
