Both. This issue describes the fact that a generated file is not compilable. First, i thought that this was the reason for the exception . 
But this was not the case. So a second issue exists (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-1768). This second issue was solved,

This issue is about one-to-one relation not generated correctly. But it has no precedence for me, anymore. I do know, that it is happening and we have a workaround for it(simply edit relations)
