I have no file catalog/web-facesconfig_1_2.xsd in my last build of JBDS.
\jbdevstudio\studio\eclipse\plugins\org.jboss.tools.jst.web_2.0.0.200803280006-nightly - there is no web-facesconfig_1_2.xsd 

I have found it only in \jbdevstudio\studio\eclipse\plugins\org.jboss.tools.common.projecttemplates_2.0.0.200803280006-nightly\templates\jsf-1.2-facelets\FaceletsKickStartWithRILibs\WebContent\WEB-INF\lib\jsf-impl.jar\com\sun\faces\web-facesconfig_1_2.xsd
