Search menu is labeled %searchMenu.label

Steps to reproduce:
unzip eclipse (eclipse winter)
unzip wtp patch
start eclipse and ensure that search menu is correctly labeled
stop eclipse
install JBoss Tools2.1.0.CR1 into a separate folder
tie JBT to eclipse with a link folder
start eclipse ... (search Menu is incorrectly labeled) ..stop eclipse
