we agreed on letting richfaces with TLD="1.2" use richfaces 3.1 completion, and TLD="<anything else>" be richfaces 3.2 completion.

This means that with RF 3.2.0.GA it will still be RF 3.1 code completion since the TLD will first be updated in RF 3.2.1.
