the info about which console configuration the database releated things shuold fetch data from is not something that should be in the reveng.xml files so I do not see the purpose of using comments for this.

About saving to the project then it should be asked first if the default configuration shuold be changed (if it exists)...but honestly I dont feel this should be saved. Maybe move it out of the editor or something ?
