Separate generic view elements / actions from custom / jboss specific in the codebase

Refactor the view / plugin in the following fashion:
   - Give all generic / server-agnostic tools the org.jboss.tools.wst.server.ui package prefix. 
   - Try to make as much of the plugin as possible server-agnostic
   - Create as many helper classes that can be server agnostic as possible to slim down the jboss-specific codebase.
