You said in #3 that resizing helps and it also helps you dont have jbosstools installed.

If you dont have jbosstools installed you dont have the JBoss Tools AS server setup, right ? Then the list is smaller and resizing is not necessary.

Try creating 10 servers without jbosstools installed and you would see the same error.
