EXECUTE: In Package Explorer select Seam-ear 
EXECUTE: Right mouse click Refator->Rename
EXECUTE: Change name from Seam-ear to newseam-ear
EXECUTE: Open jboss-app.xml
FAILURE:   <loader-repository> 
      seam.jboss.org:loader=Seam-ear.ear
   </loader-repository> 

jboss-app.xml is not updated.
